Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information NZOTO collects and how it is used. This is baseline text for the prototype.

What we collect

• Account details such as your name, email address and phone number.
• Addresses and vehicle details you save so providers can carry out work.
• Verification documents that providers submit.
• Messages sent through the platform, which are monitored for safety.

What other users can see

Customers and providers never see each other’s phone number or email address. Providers are shown by first name and last initial. Customers are shown to their provider by first name only, and a street address is shared only once a provider has accepted the job.

How we use information

To match you with a provider, process payments, prevent fraud and misuse, and improve the service.

Your choices

You can update your details or delete your account at any time from your profile.
