Returns & Refund Policy

We want every job booked through NZOTO to be done right. This is baseline text for the prototype.

Before work starts

You can cancel a request at any time before the provider begins work. You are not charged, because payment is only taken after the work is completed and you confirm it.

If something is not right

Use Report an issue on the job page. The NZOTO team reviews the job record, photos and messages and decides whether a refund is due.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
